MANILA, Philippines — The Manila Police District sent personnel to halt preparations for the Baha sa Luneta 2.0 anti-corruption rally at Luneta Park Sunday morning, according to the organizers. The mass action was scheduled to begin at 12:01 a.m., but the Manila police arrived at the park, cited the organizers for lacking a permit, and prohibited them from holding a protest.
