MANILA, Philippines โย The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has extended discounted filing fees for micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) to support business growth and ease compliance costs. In Memorandum Circular No. 13, Series of 2026, the SEC said the move builds on earlier relief measures aimed at lowering barriers to business formalization and improving the ease of doing business. Under the circular, MSMEs will continue to enjoy a 20-percent discount on the registration of corporations until Dec. 31, 2026.
